To assist fans inappropriately disposing of their used packaging so they may recycle their cans and return their cups, there will be a mobile Pepsi personnel station.

A recent agreement with reusable cup manufacturer Event Cup Solutions means that all Pepsi fountain beverages at Potters Field Park will now be served in reusable cups.

Fans will have game-like experiences in Potters Field Park and Trafalgar Square when they return their reusable packaging to the Pepsi vending machines. Also, gifts from the digitally game-like experience include match balls and customised UEFA Champions League apparel. The grand prize winner gets to attend Munich, Germany, for the final the following year.

These environmental initiatives are designed to support PepsiCo Positive, the company’s strategy for a whole transformation.

“What better way to inspire individual engagement in simple sustainable practices – on a mass scale?” questioned Mark Kirkham, chief marketing officer for international beverages at the most watched and distinguished football final in history.

By 2024, PepsiCo will have collaborated with UEFA for nine consecutive years. Furthermore, PepsiCo will begin sponsoring the UEFA Champions League once more in 2024 for the 2024–2027 season.
