Trent Alexander-Arnold Speaks Spanish at Real Madrid Unveiling

When Trent Alexander-Arnold was introduced as a Real Madrid player at a news conference on Thursday, he spoke to fans in Spanish. Real Madrid paid Liverpool a fee to let the former Liverpool star go early, even though his contract with the Premier League winners was set to finish on June 30.

Alexander-Arnold won’t have to wait long to perhaps wear a Real Madrid jersey for the first time. They want him to play for them in this month’s Club World Cup. Real Madrid’s president, Florentino Perez, welcomed the right-back to the team with a video that included Alexander-Arnold’s goals.

Alexander-Arnold thanked the fans and the President in Spanish, saying that signing with Real Madrid was like a dream come true and promising to do his best for the club. Alexander-Arnold remarked, “Thank you so much to Real Madrid and President Florentino Perez for this chance.”

“Getting to play for a team like Real Madrid isn’t something that happens every day. This is a dream come true. I’m glad and proud to be here. “I’m excited to show the fans and the club what I can do.”

Alexander-Arnold also said he was ready to play for the Madrid fans and wanted to help Los Blancos win trophies.

“Ready to do anything for the team and the fans of Real Madrid.”

“I want to show them what I can do. I want to win a lot of titles, be a champion, and keep growing and having fun with the best players in the world.”
