Stephen Constantine to Return as Pakistan Head Coach

Stephen Constantine has been chosen by the Pakistan Football Federation to once more head coach the national squad.

The choice comes as Pakistan gets ready for the third round of the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers, a pivotal stage in the nation’s footballing history even if an official statement is yet to be announced. Sources, however, claim Constantine has been sought for coaching just for the AFC Asian Cup qualifier against Syria. A long term appointment decision will be taken later on.

Constantine oversaw the Pakistan team from 2023 till 2024 once more. Against Syria, Pakistan’s first qualification game is set for March 25, 2024. The home game of Syria will be place in Saudi Arabia. Sources state Constantine is scheduled to lead the team during this pivotal game.
