Ronaldo Joins MBS for Saudi Founding Day

Celebrating Saudi Founding Day alongside the Kingdom’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, legendary football player Cristiano Ronaldo showed his excitement during the Saudi Cup 2025 horse racing event.

It honored the founding in 1727 by Imam Mohammed bin Saud the first Saudi state, sometimes known as the Emirate of Diryah. The day honors Saudi Arabia’s historical foundations and seeks to underline its great legacy and leadership.

King Salman has announced 2022 as a national holiday; unlike Saudi National Day, which falls on September 23 and honors the Kingdom’s 1932 unity.

Concurrently, one of the most esteemed horse racing events worldwide, the Saudi Cup 2025 takes place at King Abdulaziz Racecourse in Riyadh and draws top contenders from all around annually.
