In addition to being the first Australian to lead a team in one of Europe’s “Big Five” soccer leagues, Patrick Kisnorbo is also the first Australian to win a game. Kisnorbo, a Melbourne City coach who won the A-League title, led ES Troyes to their first victory since taking over in French Ligue 1. With their 3-2 victory over Strasbourg, Troyes moved up to 13th place, five points ahead of Strasbourg, which is still in the relegation zone.
