Earlier in the day, a source from the department’s directorate of public security confirmed to AFP that the club, which is owned by the British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe, had filed the complaint. The Nice football club said that they had made a formal complaint for “harm to their image.” The same source claims that a woman who appears in the movie reveals that the tape was made at the stadium while spectators were watching a sport. Nice Eco Stadium, the company that operates the arena, said it had also filed a complaint with the police on Wednesday for “associating the image of the stadium with pornographic activity”.
