Manchester City beat Crystal Palace easily to continue on top of WSL

Manchester City defeated Crystal Palace 3-0 on Sunday with to goals from Jess Park, Jill Roord, and Bunny Shaw. They remain top of the Women’s Super League (WSL) table, ahead of Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea.

Park scored the first goal in the 40th minute, Roord scored five minutes after halftime, and Shaw scored in the 73rd minute to seal the win.

Manchester United drew 1-1 with Arsenal in the afternoon, Brighton beat Leicester City 1-0 at home, and Tottenham Hotspur beat West Ham United 2-1 with a late own goal.

With Aston Villa hosting Liverpool later on Sunday and Chelsea going to Everton in the late kick-off, City lead Brighton and Chelsea by three and four points, respectively, with 16 points from six games.
