Real Madrid has two of the best players in the world waiting in the wings. On the left wing, Vinicius Jr. is already known as one of the best players of his age, and Rodrygo Goes is close to doing the same on the other side.

But the two of them no longer have a center striker to pair with them for the next season. Karim Benzema and Mariano Diaz are no longer on the team, so the Merengues don’t have anyone else to put in the number nine spot.

Harry Kane has quickly become Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid’s top choice to fill the hole. But earlier this week, it was said that Daniel Levy, the manager of Tottenham Hotspurs, wanted to keep the striker in London and even put a price tag of €115 million on him.

MARCA says that Los Blancos are getting ready to make a starting offer of €80 million for the English striker. The offer is, of course, pretty close to what the Premier League team wants.

In the next week, negotiations should move along quickly. Since there isn’t much between the two sides, Florentino Perez should be able to find clever ways to bring them together.

Even though the price is pretty high, Real Madrid are in a good situation for two reasons.

Kane wants to play for the club’s crest, and some stories say it’s the only team he’d leave the Premier League for. Second, Daniel Levy doesn’t want to sell the player to a team in the Premier League that would be a straight competitor, which would indirectly help the Merengues.

Since 2013, the 29-year-old has been Tottenham’s main player, and he has scored goals like crazy every year. In the most recent season of the Premier League, he made 38 starts and scored 30 goals, had three assists, and made 14 big chances.
