Lionel Messi’s $250M Real Estate Empire Unveiled

Lionel Messi has always had great business sense. He has made hundreds of millions of dollars from sponsorship and endorsement deals. A napkin from his first soccer contract sold for about $1 million. The latest of his rich contracts is a $60 million annual deal with Inter Miami CF in Major League Soccer. Messi made another smart real estate move in 2025.

His real estate holdings were listed as “Edificio Rostower Socimi.” on the Spanish digital-only Portfolio Stock Exchange. His REIT portfolio includes seven hotels, residential residences, and retail and other commercial real estate.

Messi’s REIT shares traded at $60 each after its public filing, valuing the portfolio at $232 million. After spending much of his career in Spain, Messi plays for Inter Miami CF. He joined FC Barcelona’s junior team at 12 and played for the senior team for 17 years, becoming a world-class soccer player.
