The chance of winning the title was ruined when a late Wolverhampton Wanderers goal made a sure night a valuable loss in Molineux. Arsenal were two goals ahead and only a few minutes to a vital victory. They lost points in the Premier League title race due to a stoppage-time strike that instead of giving them a win gave them a 2-2 draw.
Arsenal started out on a high note. They were able to score within four minutes by using Bukayo Saka, who headed in a perfect cross by Declan Rice. The objective scored a long goal barren spell and provided Arsenal with the lead.

The game however changed since Arsenal went deeper. Wolves were given space and time in attacking regions. This freedom was not rewarded as Hugo Bueno bent a nice shot to the net and made the hosts believe and raised the stadium.
Arsenal was unable to cling back in the final parts. They could not slow the pace and defend their lead. The crucial moment came in the 94 th minute. Teenage debutant Tom Edozie struck a low shot that bounced off Riccardo Calafiori and crossed the line which was a dramatic comeback to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Following the game, Mikel Arteta, who is the manager of the club, acknowledged that his side failed to live up to the expectations in the second half. Saka also mentioned frustration and necessity of improvement. Arsenal have been leading the premier league with 58 points out of 27 games.
