The opening ceremony of the FIFA Football World Cup in Qatar was started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The recitation of the Holy Quran was done by a disabled Hafiz of the Qur’an, Ghanim Lal Muftah, in which a very good verse of Surah Hujarat was selected, which had a special lesson on monotheism and equality.
