Chelsea has proposed a deal in order to secure Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo before Newcastle. Several clubs are keen on acquiring the services of Fulham’s star player, whose contract is about to end in a matter of weeks. Eddie Howe’s team has actively and determinedly chased the 26-year-old player and is nearing a contract.
