Amorim to Decide Rashford’s Future at Man United

Following Marcus Rashford’s loan period at Aston Villa, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is expected to greet him back to the team at the end of the season.

With reports indicating Rashford no longer wants to play for United and is looking for a new deal after being shelved before his loan move, Amorim is poised to decide the fate of the England international.

Along with Antony and Tyrell Malacia, who are presently on loan at Real Betis and PSV Eindhoven respectively, Amorim revealed that Rashford will return to the club alongside.

“All the players that are on loan will come back and then the club will decide what to do at the end of the season,” Amorim remarked. “All these players have talent; Rashford, Antony, all these players have to present on the team.”

“So we are quite happy since if you put one player on loan, the best thing for us is for them to perform and they are performing,” he said.

With four goals and six assists in 17 outings, Rashford has had a significant influence at Villa this season. His style has also brought him recognition on England’s team.

United wants to get points and raise their place on the table, hence they will play Bournemouth on Sunday in a pivotal Premier League game. They will play Athletic Bilbao in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final on Thursday.

Amorim underlined the idea of considering every game as vital: “We have to have that mentality every game here is significant and we have to win every game. You should not lose.

“You certainly see the context. We shall play this game with the greatest squad. We had a whole week to get ready; some of the players missed games against Wolves in order to heal themselves is not a horrible thing. He said, trying to get ready for this game and aiming to win the next one.
